We were retained by a London Stock Exchange listed company to establish a Development Centre in Bangalore, India.

The company specialises in providing software solutions to financial services organisations. We were originally approached to provide offshore services as they were looking to reduce their development costs in the UK.

Further discussions led to us being commissioned to set up a dedicated development centre for them.

We were tasked with setting up an initial 45 man development centre. This entailed handling all aspects of the project from setting up the offshore company, acquiring and furnishing the offices to recruiting and training the initial development, administration and management staff.

Our services were retained until the office was fully operational. The development centre is a huge success and the company have now expanded this to 140+ staff.
